Name, company, email, phone, country, and whatever you write in the sample description or message fields. We don't collect payment details through this site — quotes are confirmed and invoiced separately.
How we use it
To evaluate your request, reply with scope and pricing, and — if you go ahead — coordinate sample shipment and reporting. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Retention
Quote requests and associated correspondence are kept for as long as needed to support the work, and for statutory record-keeping afterward. You can ask us to delete data tied to a request that didn't proceed.
Your rights
Under GDPR (EU) and KVKK (Türkiye), you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email info@ostiumlab.com to make a request.
